In a small number of cases, the welding on the handle of the long handled saucepans in these set may weaken and, in rare instances, the top left weld may detach during use. This presents a potential safety risk.
What you need to do:
If you have purchased any of the following cookware sets, please stop using it and return it to us to be replaced. Please contact our customer care team at customerservice@horwood.co.uk or 0044117 943 0000. We will arrange for free collection and replacement of your cookware set.
