Purchasing and Redemption - Gift cards can be purchased online at stellar.co.uk. - Gift cards are available in various denominations as specified on our website. - To redeem a gift card, enter the unique code at checkout. The gift card balance will be applied to your total order amount. - Gift cards are only available in British Pounds (GBP). - Gift cards are completely digital. If you forget your gift card code, please contact our customer service for assistance. 3. Expiry and Validity - Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. - Any remaining balance on the gift card after the expiry date will be forfeited. 4. Balance and Usage - The balance on a gift card can be checked online at stellar.co.uk or by contacting our customer service. - Gift cards can be used multiple times until the balance is depleted or the card expires. - Gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up. 5. Refunds and Exchanges - Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. - If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit. 6. Fraud and Abuse - Horwood Homewares Ltd reserves the right to cancel a gift card if we suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse. 7.
