How can I clean my stainless steel coffee/teaware?

For internal cleaning to tackle stains and build-up, here are some effective methods:

• Make a paste of bicarbonate of soda and gently apply it to the stained areas inside your teaware. Leave it overnight, then rinse and wash as usual in the morning.

• Pour enough Coca-Cola (or a similar cola drink) into the teapot or coffee pot to cover the stained areas. Let it soak for about 30 minutes before washing as normal. The mild acids help break down stubborn stains.

• Use a stainless steel descaler, typically designed for kettles, but equally effective for coffee pots and teapots to remove mineral deposits and limescale.
