Grill & Griddle pans

Grill and griddle pans differ in their cooking surfaces. Griddle pans are completely flat, providing maximum contact with the hot cooking surface. Grill pans have ridges that separate liquid from food when cooking and produce the characteristic chargrilled lines on food. Both open up new worlds of flavour and cooking techniques, and we have a variety of styles and sizes available.

Griddle pans provide a uniform cooking surface that allows you to create the perfect pancakes or cook several ingredients simultaneously. Their open, even surface provides consistent, evenly distributed heat across a large surface with plenty of space to fry and cook. This removes the need to use multiple pieces of cookware with different levels of heat conductivity that make it impossible to accurately align cooking times. With a griddle pan, you can perfectly cook an entire recipe on a single piece of equipment and only have to wash up one pan at the end.

Our griddle pans feature an effective non-stick layer for more effective cooking and easier cleaning. They’re also suitable for all hob types, including induction, and are oven-safe, making them extremely versatile and suitable for complicated, multi-stage recipes.
