The handle on my pan has broken – what should I do?

If the handle on your pan has broken, the best first step is to contact our customer service team. They’ll assess whether the issue is covered under your product’s guarantee and guide you through any next steps for repair or replacement.

To help speed up the process, please have the following information ready:

  • Brand and range of the pan (usually stamped on the base)
  • Pan diameter across the top
  • Whether the broken part is a long handle or side handle

In many cases, replacement handles are available, especially for well-known ranges still in production. Avoid using the pan until it has been safely repaired or replaced.
